Timber companies in cameroon
Some of the biggest names in the construction industry – Komatsu, John Deere, Hyundai, Hitachi, etc. – were proudly displaying their latest and greatest machines at CONEXPO 2023. It’s an amusement part for construction fans to preview the newest models and get up close to these mammoth machines.
Now residing in the new Las Vegas Convention Center’s West Hall, we took a walk through this “land of giants” and spotted a few interesting equipment models and OEMs show their vision of today, and tomorrow’s, work sites.
Komatsu commands attention
You have to hand it to Komatsu. Their display in the West Hall has the most square footage and the most impressive display of machinery – wheel loaders, rock trucks, full size excavators and more. Everybody wanted to get a look and see what the innovative Japanese OEM is up to.
John Deere gives a jolt with electric excavator
John Deere’s 145X mid-size excavator was turning some heads. One of its main features is 50% less noise coming from the machines. That means less disruption at work sites in urban environments and near schools and neighborhoods, allowing work to continue during overnight shifts with less disruption to the community.
CASE makes its case for going electric
CASE Construction Equipment was also getting in on the plug-in parade. The company’s electric mini excavator was on center-stage display. The CX25EV is a 4,828-pound mini excavator running with a 27 horsepower electric motor.
BTK Tires smells blood
BTK specializes in the manufacturing of tires for agricultural, industrial and OTR vehicles. Their “Megalodon” certainly caught attention, which was a smart move because typical tire displays generally don’t get average onlookers interested.
