In the clip posted to her account @caatvee, the beauty fan said: “Went and got my hair balayage today thinking it was going to be a great hair transformation.”
The young woman was in the salon for six and a half hours, with two rounds of bleach, tone, blow dry and cut taking place.
After spending so long in the salon, you’d assume the hair would come out incredible, but that wasn’t the case.
Cathy showed the end results of her hair transformation, and it was clear she was upset with the outcome.
While the front of her hair looked fine, the back was patchy and hadn’t been blended.
The blocks of different colours were clearly visible and nothing like how a balayage should look.
She added: “The back of my head is awful.
“You can see the line of demarcation.

“Doesn’t look natural or blend.
“Had a meltdown after I got home from my sisters.
“This sucked.”
To add insult to injury, when she asked the stylist for a refund, she claims the hair expert blocked her number.
Cathy wrote: “She blocked me after I asked for a refund sisssssss.”
The clip quickly went viral with over 65k views and 39k likes.
People were quick to leave their thoughts in the comments section of the video.
One person wrote: “How did they let you leave like that omg.”
Another said: “Go back and ask if they’re blind not to see the back like that.”
“The worst part is that the hairdresser saw it and didn’t tell you anything, just let you walk out like this,” penned a third.
Meanwhile, a fourth commented: “The way my jaw just hit the floor…”
Someone else added: “Nope. I was a receptionist in a salon for years and learnt how to colour just by watching them. This is unacceptable and she knew it. So sorry girl!”
