Crowding led to pushing and shoving, resulting in some injuries as many fans were knocked to the ground due to the massive crowd. At least three people required medical attention. A police motorcycle was also damaged during the pandemonium, with abandoned footwear and personal items marking the scene. Quick response medical treatment was provided by Delhi & District Cricket Association (DDCA) officials and police.
