QotW: Feel like Kelly already skipped past the best possible RPG villain for Smash in Mara from the SMT series… In fact, genuinely, almost any demon from that universe would be fun. I’d take a Jack Frost, even.
A more recent one, but equally worthy, would be Hades, from the eponymous game. And he uses a spear, so at least he’s not another sword user.
QOTW: T-elos from Xenosaga Episode III.
She’s not yet another sword boy, and her combination of speed and power plus the abilities she shows in Xenosaga III could make for a very fun moveset. Plus, why not give her her scythe from her Xenoblade 2 appearance, and her costume in Xenoblade 2 as an alt appearance.
I might be late for the Question of the Week, but I’ll post it anyway:
There’s still no Tales of rep in Smash Bros, so I think Mithos Yggdrasil from Tales of Symphonia would make for a good pick. I’m also partial to Richter Abend from ToS: Dawn of the New World, but I imagine confusion would stem from him and Richter Belmont.
